Return Policy

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us.
  • You should securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the original packaging and any accessories, and ship them back to us.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that we deduct a flat fee of $10 from your refund to cover initial shipping and handling costs.
  • Please ensure that your return shipment is adequately insured and trackable, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Refund Policy

  • Upon receiving your returned item(s) and inspecting the condition, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that the $10 deduction for shipping and handling will be applied to your refund.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 30 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
